Great location, close to subway, food, coffee shops, and convenience stores. Helpful and professional staff. Spacious room for the area. Clean rooms and bathroom. Water dispensers and laundry facilities available.

The hotel is conveniently located near two subway stations, making it easy to explore the city and travel to and from the airport. it is within walking distance of the Myeongdong Cathedral, perfect for those interested in visiting religious landmarks.

The hairdryer in one of the rooms was faulty and had to be replaced, which could be seen as a minor inconvenience.

This hotel is located in the heart of the bustling shopping district, making it a perfect choice for those who love to shop till they drop. With plenty of street food options and shops right at your doorstep, you'll never run out of things to do. The attentive staff and basic amenities provided enhance your stay, ensuring that your needs are met. The rooms, whether with beautiful views, quad beds, or an extra bed, are comfortable and spacious. And with breakfast included, you'll start your day off right.

Great location, just a few steps away from the subway station and airport shuttle bus stop. The area is filled with restaurants and street carts, making it easy to find a variety of cuisines. The hotel staff were friendly and conversant in multiple languages.

The rooms were quite small and cramped, making it difficult for two people to move around comfortably. The heating system was connected to the central air, so we couldn't control the temperature in our room.

The location is perfect, with plenty of 24/7 restaurants and close to everything. The room was spacious, with room for large luggages and two showers. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the hotel was clean. The takeout breakfast was convenient, with toast, butter, jam, and coffee available. The staff were friendly and English-speaking, and the hotel had a nice lounge area with a massage chair. a great place to stay in Seoul.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the busy shopping center and just a 2-minute walk to all the shops and food stalls. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to popular destinations like Dongdaemun and Shilla Duty Free, very convenient. The room was supernice and neat, with an amazing view of the N-Tower from the window. The staff was helpful and polite, and the hotel facilities, like the free lounge with computers and printing services, nail polish station, and free coffee.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Despite the small room size, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to shopping and the airport shuttle. we would recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
